Su Lu
Su is currently a Senior Lecturer in Psychology at De Montfort University. She received her PhD in Psychology from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She was a Postdoc Fellow at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University (2012-2013) and an Assistant Professor at the University of International Business and Economics (2013-2019).
Her primary research focuses on how social cognition has an impact on judgment and decision-making and how this knowledge informs group dynamics and well-being. Recently, she has looked into the roles of subjective resource scarcity and childhood unpredictability.
Su has published in psychology journals and book chapters such as the Journal of Behavioural Decision Making, Plos One, Journal of Environmental Psychology, and Personality and Individual Differences..
